HYBRIDX OFF SEASON GAMES
The Off Season Games is a high energy team workout where athletes rotate through three intense zones with zero running. The goal? Accumulate as many calories as possible across all zones.
Each zone follows an E3MOM format (Every 3 Minutes On the Minute). One athlete completes a set task while the other two begin building calories on cardio equipment. Once the task is finished, all three athletes work together to maximise the team’s total score.
