HYBRIDX OFF SEASON GAMES

The Off Season Games is a high energy team workout where athletes rotate through three intense zones with zero running. The goal? Accumulate as many calories as possible across all zones.

 

Each zone follows an E3MOM format (Every 3 Minutes On the Minute). One athlete completes a set task while the other two begin building calories on cardio equipment. Once the task is finished, all three athletes work together to maximise the team’s total score.

ZONE 1

ZONE 1 CONSISTS OF TWO WORKOUTS. ALTERNATE DEVIL PRESS & SKI ERG

PARTNER 1 BEGINS COMPLETING 16 ALTERNATE DEVIL PRESS REPS (8 EACH ARM)

PARTNERS 2 & 3 ACCUMILATE MAX CALORIES ON THE SKI ERG

ONCE PARTNER 1 COMPLETES THEIR REPS, THEY JOIN THEIR PARTNERS TO HELP ACCUMILATE MAX CALORIES

E3MOM PARTNERS ROTATE ROLES TWICE (18 MINUTE WORKOUT)

ALTERNATE DEVIL PRESS - 17.5KG MALE/MIXED | 10KG FEMALE

ZONE 2

ZONE 2 CONSISTS OF TWO WORKOUTS. WALL BALLS & ROWER

PARTNER 1 BEGINS COMPLETING 25 WALL BALLS 

PARTNERS 2 & 3 ACCUMILATE MAX CALORIES ON THE ROWER

ONCE PARTNER 1 COMPLETES THEIR REPS, THEY JOIN THEIR PARTNERS TO HELP ACCUMILATE MAX CALORIES

ALTERNATE DEVIL PRESS - 6KG MALE/MIXED | 4KG FEMALE

ZONE 3

ZONE 3 CONSISTS OF TWO WORKOUTS. SLED PUSH & C2 BIKE

PARTNER 1 BEGINS A 40M SLED PUSH

PARTNERS 2 & 3 ACCUMILATE MAX CALORIES ON THE C2 BIKE

ONCE PARTNER 1 COMPLETES THEIR REPS, THEY JOIN THEIR PARTNERS TO HELP ACCUMILATE MAX CALORIES.
