
HYBRIDX STRIDE
Stride is a multi-stage fitness race that combines seven functional exercise stations with a 600 metre run between each one. The course is designed to test strength, endurance, and consistency but, it’s open to all fitness levels.

In Doubles Division, you can split the workload however you like between partners. Mixed Doubles follow the same workout reps and weights as the Men’s Division.
Relay works as follows: Partner 1 completes Exercise 1, Partner 2 completes Exercise 2, and Partner 3 completes Exercise 3. Then, Partner 1 completes Exercise 4, Partner 2 completes Exercise 5, and Partner 3 completes Exercise 6. Finally, all three partners run together and complete Exercise 7 together.
