
HYBRIDX ENGINE
HybridX Engine is a singles and doubles fitness challenge designed to test endurance, power, and teamwork across six intense 8 minute workout zones. Push for maximum distance through rowing, sandbag carries, ski ergs, bikes, shuttle runs and sled pushes, with short recovery periods between each station.
Scoring is simple: your finishing position equals your points, and the lowest total score wins.
