Stride Kids is a fun, high energy fitness race built for younger athletes, combining six exercise stations with a run between each one. The course is designed to encourage movement, confidence, teamwork, and endurance in a safe and supportive environment for all abilities.
Whether they’re racing to compete or simply aiming to cross the finish line, Stride Kids gives every child the chance to challenge themselves, stay active, and enjoy the experience.

Young athletes will aim for maximum distance through rowing, farmers carries, ski ergs, bikes, shuttle runs, and sled pushes, with 2 minute recovery periods between each station.
