HybridX is a high energy fitness event company creating competitive experiences designed for athletes of all levels. Each event combines fitness, endurance and atmosphere to deliver a unique race day experience.

Do I need to be an elite athlete to compete?

Not at all. HybridX events are designed for everyone. Different divisions are available depending on your experience and goals.

How do I receive my event information?

All important event details including schedules, workout information and check-in instructions will be posted on our instagram - @hybridx_uk

Ticket confirmation and your guide for race day will be emailed to you.

Are spectators allowed?

Yes completely for free. Spectators are welcome at HybridX events to support athletes and experience the atmosphere.

How does scoring work?

Scoring varies depending on the event format. Full workout structures and scoring systems can be found within each event page.

Question 6

Can I get a refund or defer my ticket if I can’t attend the event?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of ticket sales, we don’t allow any refunds or deferrals in any circumstances.

However, we do have a name change option for a fee, meaning you can privately sell your ticket, and then notify us through the name change page on our website to transfer your ticket to another athlete.

Will there be food and drinks available?

All HybridX events include on site vendors, food and drinks for both athletes and spectators.

How early should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving at least 60-90 minutes before your race start time to allow for check in, warm up and event preparation.

Question 9

Are dogs allowed at HybridX events?

Accepted Answer

Dogs are not permitted at HybridX events due to the busy competition environment, athlete safety and venue regulations. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there a minimum age to compete?

You must be at least 16 years old to compete in our adult events. The current minimum age for our child events is 8 years old.

Will there be photographers and videographers at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. HybridX events are professionally captured throughout the day, and content may be shared across social media and promotional platforms.

Question 12

Do I receive a finishing medal?

Accepted Answer

Yes you will receive a finisher's patch as soon as you've completed and had your finisher photo taken.

Can I change my division after registering?

Accepted Answer

Division changes may be possible depending on event capacity and availability. Please contact rob@hybridxuk.com as early as possible.

Yes. Dedicated warm up areas are available for athletes before competing.
