Your Team Challenge: Maximise Calories Across Three Workout Zones

Your workout is divided into three distinct zones. The objective is simple, accumulate as many calories as possible as a team across all zones combined.

Each zone follows an E3MOM format (Every 3 Minutes On the Minute). A timer will be set to three minutes. When the buzzer sounds, the workout begins.

Zone 1: Ski Erg & Alternate Devil Press

Partners 2 and 3 will begin by accumulating maximum calories on the Ski Erg.

Partner 1 performs 16 alternate devil press' (8 each arm). Once complete, Partner 1 joins the others on the Ski Erg for the remainder of the three minute interval.
