a general overview

In this high energy team workout, participants will rotate through three intense workout zones, each designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork. The objective is simple: accumulate as many calories as possible across all zones.

​

Each zone operates in an E3MOM format (Every 3 Minutes On the Minute), with team members rotating roles after each 3 minute interval. One athlete completes a prescribed task while the other two begin accumulating calories on cardio equipment. Once the task is complete, the athlete joins their teammates to help rack up more calories.

In contrast to our other events, OSG is a workout that can only be completed in teams of three. Teamwork is key.

*Amongst these excercises, you'll be aiming to accumilate maximum calories on the cardio equipment.
