a general overview
In this high energy team workout, participants will rotate through three intense workout zones, each designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork. The objective is simple: accumulate as many calories as possible across all zones.

Each zone operates in an E3MOM format (Every 3 Minutes On the Minute), with team members rotating roles after each 3 minute interval. One athlete completes a prescribed task while the other two begin accumulating calories on cardio equipment. Once the task is complete, the athlete joins their teammates to help rack up more calories.
